But if there's a reason to host websites locally, then you can still colocate a cluster of P4 boxes in some local (India) Datacenter like Reliance, VSNL etc..

Ofcourse, I'd be glad to help setting up the server/website, in any way I can.

   I see that you guys are using old systems to run your setup. May i suggest sourcing machines etc from people in our community who might want to donate some machines or mumin professionals who can help get good deals on phased out hardware from their companies. I can try to work out something and see if my company would part with some of its hardware. The cost factor can be worked upon too. I might be a tad bit late in replying to this message but I just read it now.
